Course Description

This class teaches students to capture the art and science of buildings through photography, focusing on techniques like composition, lighting, and perspective to create compelling images. You will learn to use both professional and smartphone cameras to document architectural exteriors and interiors, and gain skills in post-processing, such as correcting distortions and enhancing color. This includes understanding how to use specialized tools like tilt-shift lenses and mastering workflows from site scouting to final presentation. 

This class will start in the classroom followed by a field shoot on the beautiful Univ. of North Georgia campus in Dahlonega.
