WF - 387 - Agentic AI in the Workplace
Course Description
Agentic AI in the Workplace is an accessible, hands-on, project-based learning experience designed for working professionals who want to move from AI users to confident AI builders - no coding required.
Participants will explore how agentic AI can be applied in the workplace to automate repetitive work, prototype ideas, and develop solutions for real business needs. The course introduces workplace AI agents, including vertical and horizontal agents, and provides practical experience using agentic tools for prototyping and problem-solving.
Participants will then move from using AI agents to building them, working with tools such as GPTs, Gems, and Copilot Agents. Through no-code workflow automation and orchestration tools, participants will design automated AI workflows and build a multi-agent solution.
As a culminating experience, participants will choose one of two project options to complete, allowing them to apply what they have learned in a way that best aligns with their interests or workplace needs. The program will conclude with a project showcase, giving participants the opportunity to share their work and see how others have applied agentic AI to real-world challenges.
By the end of the experience, participants will have gained practical experience turning AI ideas into workplace solutions they can apply in today's evolving business environment.
This course is offered in a hybrid format. Participants may choose to attend in person at the Howard M. Stewart Center for Evergreen Learning in Dahlonega or online via Zoom. Participants may select the attendance option that works best for them.
